We are uniquely qualified to handle small lots of precision parts by leveraging our motivated team of experts. With state of the art 5 and 7-axis-simultaneous-capable equipment, we are prepared to tackle complex prismatic components and meet extremely tight tolerances with a high degree of repeatability. We augment our high-end equipment with a DCC 5 axis Coordinate Measurement Machine, so that we can continuously check the accuracy and repeatability of our equipment and products. All of our employees have their own seats of both Solidworks and FeatureCAM software and are qualified to program our CNC equipment. We do not throw projects "over the wall' to machining -- our toolmakers are involved at all levels of design and production. In addition to being talented toolmakers, all our shop floor personnel are expert programmers. Our staffers are often described as an extension of our customer's engineering department and work seamlessly with engineers and designers to ensure that projects are done right, on-time and on budget.
